We offer you a reliable and timely shipping service and trackable to ensure a safe delivery of your ReactiveMAT products. Below you will find the key information regarding shipping:

Processing Times Once you place your order, we generally take 24h MAX to process and prepare the shipment.

Shipping Methods We use reliable shipping services to deliver your products efficiently. (BRT- GLS- DHL – TNT) in 24 hours from the order. (WE DO NOT SHIP DURING THE WEEKEND)

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Generally, national deliveries take 1 business day (except islands and Aosta Valley), while international shipments in Europe arrive in 3 days while in other areas they may take longer depending on the country of destination.

Order Tracking We will provide you with a tracking number once the order has been shipped, so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs in Italian are 15 euros, 17 euros for the major islands. The details on the costs will be shown during the checkout process.
